Election day is a month away!

L.I. Jewish Humanists is mobilizing members and friends to send handwritten postcards to Virginia voters, urging them to vote yes on Question One, which would enshrine reproductive freedom as a fundamental right in Virginia’s state constitution.

You’ll write a greeting on the postcards, we'll provide the stamps and mail them in time to get people out to vote! We'll have bagels & coffee and camaraderie.

Did you know? The American Humanist Association was the first national membership organization to support the legal right to an abortion, and Humanists from Emma Goldman to Gloria Steinem have led the fight for reproductive freedom across generations.

Join us as we continue this proud legacy and continue to advocate for reproductive justice.
